1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Meeting specific eligibility conditions is mandatory to use the gya9 platform.
Age Requirement
To open an account on gya9 and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using this platform. We may request necessary documentation for age verification at any time.
Personal Use
Each individual may open only one account. gya9 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts belonging to the same person and forfeit the associated balances. Transferring an account to or allowing its use by a third party is strictly prohibited.
Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
2. Account Registration & Security
The security of your account is your responsibility.
Create an Account
When creating an account on gya9, you will need to provide valid personal information, a working mobile number, and a secure password. After registration is complete, additional documents may be requested to verify your identity.
Password & Login Security
- Keep your password completely confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- Use a strong and complex password that is not easy to guess.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify gya9 support immediately.
- Always log out after logging in from someone else's device.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, gya9 may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. Some account features may be limited until verification is complete.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All rules regarding financial transactions are described in this section.
Deposit Rules
- The accepted methods for making deposits on gya9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
- Only transact from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
- Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus terms have been met.
Currency & Taxes
All transactions on gya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Tax-related responsibilities rest entirely with the user. gya9 bears no liability for any tax deductions.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
The following terms apply when claiming and using bonuses.
Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a ৳10,000 deposit earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = total wagers of ৳24,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
- If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- gya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
gya9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%. You can advance to the next tier through regular and active play.
5. Gameplay & Code of Conduct
All users must follow these rules to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment.
Fair Play Commitment
gya9 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated by certified software providers and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
Technical Issues
If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, gya9 reserves the right to make a decision based on server records. gya9 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.
Sports Betting
When placing bets in the sports betting section, the terms applicable to the declared market will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to specific rules.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
Fraudulent Activities
- Attempting any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
- Using unauthorized software or bots to influence game results.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Colluding with other users to predetermine game results.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
gya9 strictly follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions will be subject to investigation and relevant authorities will be notified if necessary. The amounts and methods of deposits and withdrawals must be consistent with lawful income.
